What you will do

Tasks & responsibilities:

· Lead and drive the strategic business development plan

· Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities by engaging with new potential customers.

· To do the reporting on timely manner as guided

· To have the potential clients and turn into the increased of business

· Prepare and participate to the bidding opportunities

· To ensure achieve the sales target

· Be knowledgeable on the products and be able to give advice and solution for issues

· Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

· Attend the logistic functions and exhibitions or seminars which may leads into the sales .

· Be able to build up plan for geographical customer prospects

· Develop and execute account plan and align with customer

· Create new client and maintain client.

· Responsible to develop and implement the sales strategies, sales business plan to achieve targets.

What you will need

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree from any field, (warehouse, trucking, or a related field)

· Minimum of 5 years of business development warehouse, trucking industry.

· In-depth knowledge of warehouse, trucking, logistic industry.

· Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

· Self initiative and discipline

· Having financial skills would be advantage

· Good contact / relationship with customers

What you will do

Tasks & responsibilities:

· Responsible to Looking for New Customer until Sales Closing process

· Report Daily Sales Activity to Sales Manager

· Recapitulating and making daily, monthly, and yearly sales report

· Coordinate With Sales Manager and Sales administration related to Delivery Goods to Customer

· Participate attending Sales or Company Meeting

· Manage all aspect of Sales Activities and operational in daily basis, liaise, and bridge customers request through within the company.

· Manage customers needs and sales order that adjusted with budget and production capacity of company.

· Monitoring receipt of payment, product process, delivery schedule, and ensuring the schedule in accordance with sales agreement

· Excellent understanding of Sales processes and ideally a background in actual selling.

Qualifications:

· Male/Female; age 25 - 40 years old

· Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Staff in Trucking, Warehouse, Logistic

· Minimum Diploma Degree from any field

· Able to Operate Microsoft Office

· Able to Acknowledge Company Products Well

· Domiciled in Jakarta, Bekasi Areas

· Fleksible minded, proactive

· Preferably Have Your Own Vehicle

· Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Team work player
